Mental Post-it a new mental
tool
from LabcoMagic.
|
| POKER is very popular at the moment.
Here is a trick using LabcoMagic´s new mental tool: "Mental Post-it". |
You need three spectators from the audience. Talking about the
popularity of Poker you show the following items:
- Five cards, a Royal Straight Flush
- Five coloured Poker chips
- Three Poker Dice.
|
| Give the five cards to the first spectator, the five Poker chips to
the second spectator, and let the last spectator choose one of the
dice. You have a Post-it note pad and a pencil in your hand.
Before you ask the first spectator to choose a card from his Royal
Straight Flush hand, you write down a prediction on the Post-it note
pad. The spectator now choose a card from the Royal Straight Flush.
Now turn to the spectator with the Poker chips, write down a
prediction on the Post-it note, and ask the spectator to choose one
of the coloured Poker chips.
Before you ask the spectator with the dice to roll it, you write
down the last prediction on the Post-it note. Tear off the Post-it
note, fold it twice and hand it to the first spectator. Now tell the
spectator to roll the die on top of the Post-it note pad.
After the roll of the dice, let the first spectator read out loud
what is written on the Post-it note. All three predictions where right
