You will need three little purses. (I use the spring lock flat purse similar to the Becker coin purse) 2 pieces of paper with lose written on them one in green and one in red. A high denomination bank note (I use a fifty pound note).
Set up:
Place one of the small waterproof chips in to each purse. (Try to stick them in place at the bottom so when you tip the purse upside down the paper but not the chip will fall out).
Routine:
Place the 3 purses on the table and have three spectators pick one each. While your back is turned have your spectators mix them all up. With your back still turned have each spectator have a peep at what is inside their wallet. Once this has been done you ask them to place the wallets between their hands so there is no way you can see which is which.
Now turn to face the spectators and inform them they have a chance to win the money in the purse. Explain that you are going to ask each person a question (the same question) and all they have to do is answer NO! If the person with the money manages to fool you he can keep the cash!
You now walk up to the first spectator get your reading and ask him if he is holding the money. (He will say no) Even if he is, continue this with the other two spectators.
You should now know who is holding what. It is now down to you to play it up and reveal exactly what each spectator is holding.
